What are the methods of payment for finishline?

Users can pay using their Bancnet ATMs and all major credit cards.

Where will the race kits be distributed?

For those who registered in Finishline’s partner stores, they receive their racekits immediately.

For those who ordered online, race kits will be delivered before the race event. Make sure to leave either a letter of authority in the event that the participant is unable to receive the race kit himself.

Whenever there are events, how long can they register at finishline.ph?

As long as an event is open for registration, users can register for event. You can only register for one event at a time. You can’t register for two events for one transaction.

Can they refund their payment if they choose to not participate in an event afterwards?

No.

Can they transfer their fee if they choose not to participate?

No. Registration is non-transferrable.

Can they change their event after having paid?

No. A single registration remains final.
